How does Presap connect to my Google Business Profile?
You sign in with Google and grant the Business Profile permission (business.manage). We only work with the locations you select, and you can revoke access at any time from your Google account.
Will the AI reply without my approval?
Only if you turn it on. For each star rating you choose: ask me first, publish automatically after a delay, or no reply. You can approve drafts in the dashboard or straight from your inbox. Automatic publishing is included in every plan.
Which languages are supported?
Replies are written in the language of each review, and posts in your business language. The dashboard is available in English and Spanish.
What do you do with my data?
We use it only to run the service for you. Data from Google is handled under Google's API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements, and is never used to train general AI models. You can export or delete your data at any time.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. The 14-day trial includes Pro features and needs no card. Choose a plan when you're ready.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal in a few clicks; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
If Presap isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment. See our refund policy for details.
Who handles payments and VAT?
Paddle.com is our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle processes payments, adds the correct VAT or sales tax and sends your invoices. Businesses can add a VAT ID at checkout.
